I sincerely apologize for the late notice, but unfortunately Immersive Van Gogh Guadalajara is being delayed due to venue-related issues. We want to present the best possible show for you - to the standards we are achieving in NYC and Los Angeles, and what our artistic team achieved in Paris.
The new opening date for Immersive Van Gogh Guadalajara is February 24th, 2022.
I understand how frustrating this must be for you. Please know that we are working hard to welcome you to our amazing exhibit, and make it an unforgettable experience.

We want to make this date-change process as easy and hassle-free as possible for you. You will receive new tickets from Universe.com within the upcoming days. Please check your spam/junk/promotions folders as the tickets do sometimes get filtered there. If your new date does not work for you, you can request a change of date at no charge HERE.
We can also offer you the option to switch your tickets to either of our two exhibits currently open in Texas in Dallas and Houston, or any of the other 14 cities that are hosting the Original Immersive Van Gogh Exhibit. If you choose this option, please reach out to us at ticketing@vangoghguadalajara.com, and our team will kindly assist you. |
If you cannot attend and would like an immediate refund, please email ticketing@vangoghguadalajara.com and our customer service team will issue a full refund to the original form of payment.
